Osteopathy is a form of hands-on manual therapy that is gentle and non-invasive. It focuses on the body’s interrelationship between structure and function, and the body’s ability to heal itself when all systems are working in harmony. The body is a single dynamic unit of function, when there is an issue in one part of the body, it will affect others and start to compensate. The practitioner looks for asymmetries and restriction of motion in assessment and then uses a variety of manual techniques, to improve mobility, relieve tension, and enhance the overall function of the body.

This approach can be beneficial for a wide range of conditions, including back and neck pain, sports injuries, headaches, chronic pain, inflammation, digestive issues and more.

Sarah transitioned from a successful career in the financial services industry to becoming a dedicated Osteopathic Manual Practitioner. Following a significant injury sustained during triathlon training and with a fascination for the human body’s innate ability to restore itself, Sarah’s path veered from finance to healthcare. Motivated by her own journey of healing, she pursued Manual Osteopathy as a means to restore balance and well-being in both herself and her clients.

Drawing from her background in finance, Sarah offers a distinct perspective in her approach to treatment. Her ability to understand the nuances of equilibrium and harmony, contribute to her holistic treatment strategies. This amalgamation of skills results in tailored and comprehensive care that acknowledges the interconnectedness of mind, body and spirit. Sarah’s hands-on approach and personalized care reflect her commitment to helping clients achieve balance and vitality.

Sarah currently resides in London with her husband Steve, and their three daughters. As a family they enjoy being on the lake fishing, playing baseball and traveling.
